Role Description The Senior Architect role is a contract, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading architectural design and solution planning for complex systems and applications, ensuring that technical architectures align with business requirements and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements, creating and reviewing architectural diagrams, guiding integration strategies, and overseeing key aspects of software development from an architectural standpoint. The Senior Architect will work closely with project managers and technical teams to plan, prioritize, and track progress, helping to mitigate risks and resolve technical challenges as they arise. The role also involves mentoring team members, conducting architecture reviews, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Qualifications
• Strong architecture and architectural design skills, with experience defining end-to-end solutions for complex systems.




• Hands-on background in software development, with the ability to guide engineers on technical implementation choices.
• Expertise in integration, including designing and managing interfaces between multiple platforms and services.
• Proven project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure-related environments is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document architectures clearly.
• Robust problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
