Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Content Strategist & Audience Growth Specialist to help grow our YouTube channel, strengthen our content strategy and build an engaged audience. The ideal candidate understands YouTube's algorithm, storytelling, audience psychology and content marketing. You should be able to turn ideas into engaging videos that attract the right audience, increase watch time and drive channel growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy: Research trending topics, identify content opportunities and develop a consistent YouTube content calendar.
• Content Writing: Write engaging, well-structured YouTube scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and calls to action.
• YouTube SEO: Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags and keywords to improve discoverability.
• Audience Engagement: Manage comments, encourage discussions and build an active community around the channel.
• Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to increase subscribers, views, watch time and audience retention.
• Competitor Research: Analyse successful creators and competitors to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
• Performance Analysis:



Monitor YouTube Analytics and use insights to improve future content performance.
• Short-Form Content: Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts. Requirements
• Proven experience growing or managing YouTube channels.
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of YouTube SEO and audience engagement.
• Ability to research topics and develop fresh content ideas.
• Understanding of YouTube Analytics, CTR, watch time and audience retention.
• Creative thinking with a strong understanding of personal branding and content positioning.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of channel growth.
