• Should possess VM Skills
- Aesthetics / Display / Space Management/ Interior Planning
• Will be responsible for Product Display for Color / Lighting / Space/ Product Info / co-ordination
• Should be clear in Implementing VM Principles & Ideas as for Easy Product Location/Self-select for the Customers/Creativity/Creative ideas/season based display
• Should involve oneself in Customer Follow ups & Selling Skills
- maintaining follow up register/ regular follow ups/converting the enquiries generated etc.
• Taking Initiative/ Enthusiasm
- Suggestion/ Creative Ideas/Energy Level Team working & supporting other functions
