Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for supervising a team of operations or customer support professionals, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to client service levels and internal quality standards. The Team Lead oversees day-to-day workflows, assigns tasks, and supports process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy in mortgage, insurance, or banking-related processes. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing training support for new hires and existing staff.



The Team Lead collaborates closely with management and clients to address escalations, report progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Moder’s operational and service goals. Qualifications
• Strong people leadership skills, including team supervision, mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in operations management within outsourcing, BPO, or shared services environments, preferably in mortgage, insurance, or banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle client interactions, escalations, and service-level discussions.
• Proficiency in workflow planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Comfort with technology and productivity tools, including CRM or workflow platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Previous experience leading teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
