What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Connect with potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Schedule online and offline meetings.
- Present our services and communicate their value.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and handle sales objections.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved limits.
- Convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain a record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions. What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in sales or business development.
- Experience working with a digital marketing, advertising, or media agency is preferred.




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in conducting sales calls and client meetings.
- Ability to understand marketing services and pitch them effectively.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales process. Compensation & Training
- 10% commission on successful client conversions.
- Fully remote freelance opportunity.
- 10 days of initial training to understand our services, sales process, pricing, and client handling.
- No fixed monthly salary. Important: Commission will be calculated on payments actually received from clients, as per the agreed commission terms.
