Skills:
• 8 + years of Experience as Business Analyst and working experience in P and C Insurance domain.
• Strong Domain Knowledge – P and C Insurance.
• Understanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.
• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business.
• Understanding of Insurance business processes.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies.
• Should have experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Roles and

responsibilities:
• BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems.
• Data validation and testing.
• Data governance related work.




• Should be able to follow industry’s best processes.
• Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.
• A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
