We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Consultant/Client Success Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves handling prospective and existing clients, explaining our services, onboarding clients, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the application process. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain our services, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Convert qualified leads and guide clients through the enrolment process.
• Onboard new clients and collect required information such as resumes, target roles, industries, and country preferences.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients informed about application progress.
• Resolve client queries promptly and coordinate with the application-processing team.
• Maintain accurate client records, call notes, lead stages, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Ensure all client interactions are updated in the CRM on the same day.
• Prepare daily activity reports covering calls, onboardings, follow-ups, and pending issues. ? Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in client counselling, inside sales, customer success, tele calling, or a similar client-facing role.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.




• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Target-oriented with good time management and ownership.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and calling platforms. ⭐ Positive to Have
• Experience in education, career services, recruitment support, or overseas-student services.
• Experience handling international clients.
• Understanding of job markets and hiring practices in countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, or Germany. ?
