Job Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the 10–15 MW Ground Mounted Solar Project.
• Monitor site development, land grading, leveling and earthwork activities.
• Supervise foundation work, pile installation, equipment foundations and MMS-related civil works.
• Monitor construction of internal roads, drainage systems, cable trenches and other civil structures.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, material utilization and daily construction progress.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site observations and quality inspection reports.




• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements. Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in civil execution of solar projects.
• Hands-on experience in Ground Mounted Solar Power Plants (10–15 MW or above).
• Robust knowledge of solar plant civil works, foundations, piling, roads and drainage.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in contractor and manpower management.
• Good reporting, coordination and communication skills. Deployment: One dedicated Civil Engineer at Madhya Pradesh.
