Job Description
The Snowflake Lead Engineer will be responsible for defining the Snowflake strategy and leading migration efforts to the Snowflake platform. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing and cloud-based data solutions.

include conducting architecture reviews, ensuring robust governance throughout the data lifecycle, and providing solutioning expertise to optimize performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Snowflake strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Oversee data migration projects to transition legacy systems to the Snowflake platform.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure best practices are followed for design and deployment.
- Establish and enforce governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
- Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, development, and deployment on the Snowflake environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide suitable architectural solutions.




- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout projects.
- Monitor performance and recommend optimizations for data workflows within Snowflake. Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with Snowflake architecture, data loading, transformation, and query performance optimization.
- Proficient in SQL and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
- Robust understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
