Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tekla Modeler and Checker role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves creating detailed 3D models of structural steel and precast elements using Tekla Structures, ensuring all connections, components, and assemblies meet project specifications and industry standards. The Tekla Modeler and Checker will prepare and review shop drawings, erection plans, and related documents for accuracy and constructability. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and project managers, resolving design and detailing issues, and performing thorough checks on models and drawings before release for fabrication.



The role also requires maintaining organized project files, adhering to quality and safety guidelines, and meeting defined deadlines. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures for structural steel and precast modeling, including 3D modeling and detailing.
• Solid understanding of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and industry standards and codes.
• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, design specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience in checking and reviewing detailed drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in structural steel detailing or precast detailing in a similar role is preferred.
• Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru South and willingness to adhere to company quality and safety practices.
