Company Description Steer Advisors is an investment banking and corporate advisory firm headquartered in BKC, Mumbai, with operations across India, the USA, Germany, and Israel. At STEER, we are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Fund Administrator to manage the day-to-day fund operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance coordination for our Category III AIF. Role Description The Fund Administrator will manage day-to-day fund operations, including maintaining investor records, tracking capital calls and distributions, and preparing periodic reports and statements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate accounting entries, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and fund documentation. The Fund Administrator will assist in monitoring investments, preparing performance and portfolio reports, and supporting transaction execution as required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with the investment banking and advisory teams. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, monitoring fund performance, and supporting decision-making.




• Candidates should possess Finance and Investments skills to understand fund structures, capital markets, and valuation concepts.
• Candidates should possess Accounting and Fund Administration skills for managing ledgers, reconciliations, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment.
• Prior experience in fund administration, asset management, investment banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
