Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise with CargoWise (configuration, workflows, modules) and strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and implementation for TMS, ERP, or related systems.
• Skills in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and delivering end-user training and documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with technical teams, and support integrations between CargoWise and other platforms.
• Comfort working remotely, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Relevant background in supply chain, logistics, information systems, or a related field; qualified certifications in CargoWise or logistics technology are a plus.
• Prior consulting experience with SaaS or cloud-based business systems is highly beneficial.
