About the Company
Matrix Medicals Pvt. Ltd. is a medical equipment solutions provider specializing in advanced operation theatre equipment and surgical technologies. We are looking for experienced Service Engineers to join our team and support the installation, maintenance and servicing of medical equipment across India.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, commission, troubleshoot and service medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment repairs.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical training to doctors and operation theatre staff.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely service resolution.
• Maintain daily service reports, documentation and service records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support. Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics,



or ITI qualification. Experience and

Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience in medical equipment servicing.
• Hands-on experience with electrosurgical generators (cautery machines) and operation theatre lights preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, troubleshooting, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
