Experience:
4-8 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Shift Timings: Night Shift 9:30 PM to 6:45 AM (5 days WFO) Job Level: 4B/4A Designation: Team Lead/Assistant Manager Note: Team Leading experience mandatory at least 2 years.

Key responsibilities
• Manage entity and asset onboarding across funds, co-investments, direct assets, real-estate entities and non-standard commitments.
• Process full and partial dispositions, deferred-payment structures, ownership changes and approved cost/valuation updates.




• Review investment documents against operational requirements and identify clauses or missing information requiring CPP Investments assessment.
• Reconcile capital calls, distributions, GP statements, portfolio-company data, fees and period-end true-ups.
• Support NAV build-up, GP-versus-CPPIB cost reconciliations, quarterly events, public-mark adjustments and valuation variance investigation.
• Coordinate Finance, valuation, investment-accounting and operational stakeholders; coach junior staff. Domain knowledge and systems:
• Solid private-investment accounting, capital-activity, look-through reporting and valuation-support knowledge.
• Proficiency in Investran, Yardi, SCD/SimCorp, IOB, DealCloud/JIRA, Bloomberg and Excel. Documents to Carry:
• Carry 2 printouts your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree) Pointers to note:
