Location:
Gurgaon, Sector 49 We are looking for an experienced chef specialising in authentic Bombay street food to help develop the menu for a potential new food brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop recipes for Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Bombay Sandwich, Dabeli and other Mumbai street food favourites.
• Conduct recipe trials and develop signature dishes.
• Standardise recipes and calculate food costs.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
• Experience in Bombay street food.
• Knowledge of recipe development and food costing.
• Experience in restaurant or QSR kitchens preferred.
Working Hours
9 hours per day, 6 days a week
