The team is dedicated to making staying informed simple, engaging, and sustainable. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Content Creator at Dailymattr. The Content Creator will research and produce concise, well-structured news explainers in text, video, or audio formats tailored to next-generation audiences. Responsibilities include identifying relevant stories, verifying facts using reliable sources, and transforming complex topics into clear, engaging narratives. The role involves collaborating with editors, designers, and other creators to maintain the platform’s voice and quality standards, as well as optimizing content for digital channels and audience engagement.



The Content Creator will also monitor performance metrics and feedback to refine storytelling and format choices over time. Qualifications
• Strong skills in news and feature writing, scriptwriting, and storytelling for digital formats.
• Ability to research thoroughly, verify information, and present complex topics with accuracy and clarity.
• Experience creating content in multiple formats (text, video, audio) and adapting style to different platforms.
• Understanding of digital media trends, social platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with basic content creation and editing tools (e.g., text editors, video/audio editing software).
• Excellent command of English; familiarity with Indian news, culture, and current affairs is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting and collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Relevant education in journalism, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
