The foundation delivers scalable, measurable and sustainable social impact, closely aligned with corporate CSR and ESG objectives. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, Kolkata focused on Fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and institutional donors to support Pramith Foundation’s skilling and education programs. The individual will research potential CSR and ESG aligned opportunities, prepare high-quality concept notes, proposals and presentations and manage end-to-end fundraising cycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with program teams to design impact-driven CSR projects,



tracking and reporting outcomes to partners and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and donor requirements. The role includes organizing donor meetings and field visits, maintaining accurate fundraising records and supporting communication efforts to showcase program impact. Qualifications
• Strong skills in fundraising, partnership development and stakeholder relationship management, preferably within CSR or development sectors.
• Experience in proposal writing, report writing and documentation, including the ability to develop explicit, data-backed concept notes and presentations.
• Ability to conduct market and donor research, analyze CSR and ESG trends and identify aligned funding opportunities.
• Competence in project coordination and impact monitoring, with familiarity in using metrics and dashboards for CSR reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in presenting to senior corporate leaders and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies
