Location:
Remote – India Employment Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing custom reports within SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Enhance existing HR reporting solutions.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Support end users with reporting functionalities and best practices. Required

Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.




• Proven experience in building custom reports.
• Experience in HR reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Positive to Have:
• HRIS integrations and data migration knowledge.
• Experience working with global HR teams.
