Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in bridge design to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bridge structural design, analysis, and detailing, along with proficiency in MicroStation. The candidate will support the design and development of bridge and transportation infrastructure projects while collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the structural design and analysis of bridges, flyovers, and other transportation infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural engineering calculations and assist with the preparation of design drawings, technical reports, and specifications.
• Prepare and modify bridge design drawings, plans, sections, and structural details using MicroStation.
• Support the design of bridge components, including decks, girders, piers, abutments, and foundations.
• Assist with bridge rehabilitation, strengthening, and repair design activities.
• Apply relevant Indian and international bridge design codes and standards, including IRC codes, IS standards, and applicable AASHTO specifications.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Review structural drawings and calculations for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Incorporate review comments and assist in resolving design-related issues.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering,



specifically in bridge design.
• Proficiency in MicroStation for bridge drafting, detailing, and preparation of engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of bridge design principles, structural analysis, and engineering calculations.
• Familiarity with relevant IRC codes, IS standards, and bridge design specifications.
• Understanding of bridge components, structural systems, and detailing practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience working on highway, railway, flyover, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with bridge design standards and requirements of Indian government agencies, such as NHAI, MoRTH, and relevant State PWD departments.
• Exposure to structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.
Pro, MIDAS Civil, or SAP2000.
• Knowledge of bridge rehabilitation, load assessment, and structural evaluation is an added advantage.
• Experience working on international bridge design projects is a plus. Key Skills
