Role Description The Owner role at Mauli Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Pen. This role is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, including project delivery, client communication, and resource allocation. The Owner will manage financial planning, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that services meet quality standards and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, guiding business development activities, identifying recent opportunities, and making strategic decisions to support sustainable growth. The role also involves establishing policies, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage business operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.




• Solid understanding of IT or technology services, with the ability to make informed decisions about solutions and delivery.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting or profitability analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on practical, results-oriented solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Pen and commit to a full-time schedule, with a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Prior experience as a business owner, manager, or team leader in a service-based or technology environment is highly beneficial.
