Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing sales activities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring smooth customer service delivery. This role leads and develops a branch team, sets and tracks targets, and drives business growth through local partnerships and market development initiatives. The Branch Manager ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, manages budgets and cost efficiency,



and supports timely resolution of customer escalations. The role also involves reporting branch performance to regional leadership and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience. Qualifications
• Proven experience in branch management, retail banking, insurance, or financial services operations, with a track record of meeting sales and performance targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, including coaching, performance management, and talent retention.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health insurance or financial products, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret business reports, and make informed decisions to drive branch profitability and efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools used for sales, reporting, and customer relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an added advantage.
• Prior experience managing a team in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and familiarity with the Gurgaon or NCR market is preferred.
