* Qualification
- Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in TEFL/TESOL or similar are an advantage.
- Ability to use online teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic digital collaboration platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered approach, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with school-age learners or exam-focused coaching (e.g., board exams, competitive exams) of minimum two years
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup to conduct live online classes.
