The role requires providing accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and support
- Understand customer concerns by reviewing previous interactions and gathering relevant information
- Provide accurate and timely solutions by researching products, services, and internal processes
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the system
- Ensure customer understanding by clearly explaining information and confirming issue resolution




- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend enhancements
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training Required Skills and
