Role Description The Engineering Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions that support Talevo’s platforms and internal tools. This contract, remote role involves leading engineering initiatives, defining technical architecture, reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality software development practices. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing and managing engineering projects, and driving automation to improve workflows and system reliability. The Engineering Technical Lead will mentor engineers, establish best practices,



and continuously evaluate technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and security. The individual will also contribute to technical documentation and support integration efforts with third-party platforms and services. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in building scalable, reliable applications.
- Candidates should possess Engineering Management and Project Management skills to lead teams, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess Automation skills to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and process efficiencies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration of third-party services is beneficial.
- Proficiency in modern development tools, version control, and collaborative engineering workflows is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
- Prior experience in digital media, marketing technology, or creator/influencer platforms is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
