- Manage front and back both operations of restaurant
- Oversee inventory management, controlling stock levels and minimising waste.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

- 3-8 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.

- Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel Management (IHM) preferred but not mandatory.
