- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Build robust candidate relationships and ensure smooth recruitment delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT skills and technical hiring.
- Strong sourcing, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
