India Duration: 1–3 Months Stipend: ₹16,500 per month ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP Crossing Infotech is seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals for the position of HR Recruiter Intern. This internship provides practical exposure to talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. Interns will learn how organizations identify and engage suitable candidates for different job openings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and professional platforms.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and share relevant job information.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview progress.
- Support recruitment reporting and daily hiring activities.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the recruitment process. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.




- Confidence in communicating with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), B.
Com, or related fields.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of interview coordination and candidate screening is beneficial.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers interested in HR and talent acquisition are welcome.
