Role & responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans as per targets.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, molds, and manpower.
- Minimize machine downtime and coordinate with maintenance team
- Supervise machine operators, helpers, and technicians.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Conduct shift briefings and provide on-the-job training.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
