About Gaia Gaia Fresh Flowers is a premium flower and plant brand based in Dubai, UAE. We specialise in fresh flower subscriptions, bouquets, customised floral arrangements, plants, and corporate floral/plants services. We are looking for a proactive and organised E-commerce & Customer Operations Executive to manage our online business, coordinate with our florist team in Dubai, handle customer enquiries, and ensure every order is delivered on time. This is a fully remote position based in India. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently and taking ownership of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Management
- Manage Gaia's website and online sales platforms.
- Add new products, bouquets, plants, and floral arrangements to the website.
- Update product images, descriptions, prices, and availability.
- Manage incoming orders across all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product information and order details are accurate.
- Monitor website orders and identify any operational issues. 2. Order & Florist Team Management
- Coordinate daily orders with the florist and delivery teams in Dubai.
- Ensure every order is prepared according to customer requirements.
- Monitor order preparation and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with the team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle urgent orders, delivery delays, and last-minute changes.
- Maintain an order tracking sheet and daily operations report. 3. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with bouquet selection, customisation, pricing, and delivery details.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Manage customer complaints professionally.
- Collect customer feedback after delivery.
- Encourage repeat purchases and maintain strong customer relationships. 4. Digital Marketing & Advertising




- Create basic social media posts, promotional creatives, and advertisements.
- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and other marketing activities.
- Create simple promotional campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist with Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Upload new product photos and promotional content.
- Support seasonal campaigns such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, and Christmas. 5. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily order and delivery records.
- Track customer enquiries and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily sales and operations reports.
- Monitor pending orders, customer complaints, and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate product and customer information. Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business and customer enquiries.
- Familiarity with AI and basic social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop or computer.
- Willingness to work according to Dubai business hours. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support, or operations.
- Experience managing orders and coordinating with delivery teams.
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Experience working with a florist, gifting, retail, or delivery business.
