Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a good understanding of the IT industry to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote our software and web development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients for IT services.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present services, share proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain client relationships and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the IT industry, websites, software, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Self-motivated,



confident, and target-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, B.
Tech, BBA, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements
- Experienced Candidates: 0–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.
- Freshers: Only candidates with an IT-related educational background or demonstrable knowledge of the IT industry should apply.
- Basic understanding of website development, eCommerce, software products, and IT services is required.
