### Responsibilities Sales & Collections Coordination
- Follow up with sales team members on customer payment collections and update collection projections.
- Monitor customer credit timelines and ensure timely reminders are shared internally and to customers. Order Management & Inventory Monitoring
- Monitor bookings, billing, backlog, and inventory status in internal systems.
- Ensure all booked material is billed on time with minimal inventory buildup.
- Highlight discrepancies in bookings, billing, backlog, or inventory and coordinate resolution. Delivery & Operations Tracking
- Track delivery timelines and identify deviations from expected turnaround times.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely shipment and fulfillment.
