Responsibilities
- demand generation through on-deck and off-deck properties which CRED has for issuance objectives
- work with marketing, product counter-parts to keep innovating on how we enable issuance, convert interest
- risk policy/funnel throughput alignment with banks to maximize conversion of co-created financial products on CRED member base.
- defining and aligning most seamless onboarding journeys with the bank defining contours around
- underwriting, compliances, kyc et al.
- defining inputs around non-captive channels/merchant channels to enable discovery, capture interest and enable respective issuance partnerships Qualifications / Requirements
- nth degree card optimizer themselves to understand how customers maximize value generation out of credit cards
- ability to understand and de-mystify user needs to take a current card,



upgrade card and define customer value propositions basis that and embed into context of growth
- understanding of card onboarding journeys and various input levers
- understanding of credit/risk/policy/funnel related aspects and various input levers
- build and grow a Zero to One product. All hands on deck attitude.
- has worked on long term projects in ambiguous environments.
