- Manage daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Production Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and Kaizen events.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve operational excellence.
