- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot issues related to OMT (Order Management) module in ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Requirements :
- 4-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in Servicenow development with hands-on experience on Order Management (OMT).
- Experience working with telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage.
