Role & responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage neonatal medical conditions and emergencies.
- Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Attend high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, and neonatal resuscitations.
- Perform neonatal procedures including intubation, umbilical catheterization, lumbar puncture, and ventilation management.
- Monitor growth, development, and recovery of admitted neonates.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
