Experience: 6–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Work Mode: 6 Days – Work from Office

- Quantity Surveying, Billing & Cost Control
- BOQ Review, Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Contractor RA Bill Verification
- Measurement & Quantity Verification
- Rate Analysis, Variations & Extra Items
- Cost Monitoring & Commercial Management
- Tendering & Contract Management
- PMC & Contractor Coordination
- Cost Reporting & Forecasting
- Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory)
- AutoCAD (Required); MS Project (Added Advantage)
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience in Residential & Commercial High-Rise Building Projects.
- Minimum 3+ years of stability with one organization.
- Robust analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
