ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Technical Architect to own the architecture and technical delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. You will define the complete stack React / Angular frontend, Spring Boot microservices, APIs, data, cloud and DevOps – lead engineering teams, and stay hands-on in critical design, code reviews and production problem-solving, with a robust focus on security and resilience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the architecture: define and evolve end-to-end architecture for cloud-native enterprise applications; set standards, patterns and technology choices across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, security and CI/CD.
- Design and govern: author and review HLD/LLD, API specs, data models and ADRs; run design reviews; evaluate technology options; flag and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.
- Backend and microservices: lead Java / Spring Boot service design – service boundaries, API standards, data ownership, event-driven and async patterns,



and resilience (retries, circuit breakers, idempotency, caching).
- Frontend: set architecture for React or Angular applications – component design, state management, performance and API integration – and partner with UI/UX.
- Cloud and DevOps: architect and deploy on AWS / Azure / GCP using Docker and Kubernetes; shape CI/CD, automated testing and quality gates; guide legacy-to-cloud modernization.
- Security by design: embed authentication, authorization, secure coding, encryption and secrets management into every layer; work with security teams on assessments and remediation.
- Performance and reliability: drive scalability, high availability and disaster recovery; define observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting); lead root-cause analysis on complex production issues.
- Lead and influence: mentor senior developers and tech leads, review critical code, and align product, QA, DevOps, security and customer stakeholders by communicating trade-offs clearly.
