Digital Marketing Campaigns & Leads Management Role & responsibilities:

- Drive HL business growth through campaigns across SMS, Email, Website (SEO/SMM), Net Banking, Mobile Banking & PayZapp
- Measure campaign impact through structured performance reviews
- Supervise digital lead-flow and coordinate with the call centre for timely action

Track lead conversion and ensure clean handoff/closure with Sales teams

Website Product Page & Digital Property Ownership:

- Ensure the HL Product Page stays current and accurate (ROI, T&Cs;)
- Maintain website look & feel per Brand guidelines and industry best practice

Drive website optimisation for user experience and lead-flow growth

Home Loans Opportunity Base Management:

- Own sharp, segment-ready HL prospect databases in coordination with Marketing Analytics
- Validate CRM upload accuracy and database efficiency before release
- Release databases to Campaigns, Branch, Sales & Virtual channels on schedule
- Incorporate frontline feedback to sharpen segmentation and strategic targeting





Resolve channel queries on database access; equip teams with enablers, narratives & sales pitches

On-Ground Marketing Support & Sales Enablement:

- Schedule marketing campaigns for Bank Sales, HL Centers, HSPL, International Business, RBB branches & Developer channels
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand Comm, Regional Marketing & Campaign teams on execution
- Manage national/international property exhibitions & conferences
- Support Developer-channel regional activations and staff offer communications

Equip Sales/Branch teams with collaterals, branded communication and product-launch templates

New Digital Initiatives:

- Identify and pilot new formats/channels for HL visibility across internal (MB/NB/WhatsApp Banking) and external digital properties

Build the business case and drive stakeholder buy-in for new digital initiatives

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum 5 years of expeience

Banking exposure preferred
