- Source candidates through Job portals
- Process and released offer letter through ATS , ensuring accurancy and adhere to compliance
- Co-ordinate with the offered candidates for offer acceptance and pre-joining formalities
- Maintain the trackers and update
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline: MBA in HR will be added advantage
- Freshers or candidates upto 1 year of experience
- Basic Knowledge of Excel
- Languages - Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Bengali/Odia must
