Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) operations for the Insurance L&A; business.
- Oversee month-end closing, journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with actuarial, underwriting and claims teams.
- Lead, mentor and develop team members.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CA/CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in RTR within the Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of month-end closing, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and local GAAP.
- Robust leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Kochi, 5 days a week, in night shifts.
