- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in production supervising or manpower handling in an auto components industry setting.
- Diploma degree from a recognized institution; relevant certifications preferred.
