Qualification and Prerequisites:

- Excellent communication (particularly in English)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Communication and Process Coordination: Facilitate communication between authors, reviewers, and editorial teams, managing timelines and ensuring timely reviews.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of the review process by selecting credible and unbiased reviewers.

Required Skills:

- Robust communication skills and ability to deliver a high-quality service to customer.
- Quick learners, eye for detail, work with quick turnaround times.
- Desired: Experience working on online submission platforms like Scholar One Manuscripts, Editorial Manager, etc.
