We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for the Direct Channel at Generali Central Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through direct customer interactions, managing leads provided by the company, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through direct sales and field sales activities.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, financial services, or related industries.
- Candidates with direct sales and field sales experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and handle customer queries effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
- Graduation preferred.
