No prior work experience is required. We value communication, confidence, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn!
What Will You Do?
You will be part of our customer engagement and sales team, helping interested customers understand our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connect with customers who enquire through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, Meta Ads and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain our products and consultation process in simple and clear language.
- Assist customers in booking doctor consultations.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Handle basic customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records in CRM.
Who Can Apply?
- We are looking for enthusiastic female freshers who have:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic conversational English.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over calls.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smartphones.
- Interest in sales, customer interaction and business development.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate – BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome! No prior sales experience is mandatory.
