Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding vehicle enquiries, test drives, bookings and deliveries.

Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to resolve customer queries and complaints.

Contact customers for service reminders, vehicle servicing schedules and feedback.

Maintain customer databases and update customer interactions in CRM software.

Conduct customer satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery and service completion.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Follow up on pending customer enquiries and convert potential leads into business opportunities.

Inform customers about new vehicle launches, offers, promotions and dealership activities.

Maintain daily call reports, follow-up reports and customer feedback records.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
