We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller (Sales) to generate business leads, connect with potential clients, explain our signage solutions and schedule client meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude and the ability to convert potential enquiries into business opportunities.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales leads.
2. Identify potential customers such as hospitals, corporate offices, retail stores, restaurants, educational institutions, builders and commercial establishments.
3. Explain the company's signage products and services to prospective customers.
4. Understand customer requirements and identify their signage needs.
5. Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
6. Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
7. Maintain a database of prospective clients, call records and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the field sales team for quotations, client meetings and deal closures.
9. Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
10. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
11. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing prospects until closure.

- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle outbound sales calls confidently.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales or business development is preferred.
- ExperienceFreshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
