Meeting customers to discuss repayment options and resolve payment-related concerns. Collecting payments through authorised channels and providing receipts where applicable. Maintaining accurate records of customer visits and payment collections. Coordinating with the office team and achieving daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining qualified customer relationships.
