Job description

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial packaging machinery at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of packaging machinery at customer sites.

- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
- Automatic & Semi-Automatic Strapping Machines
- Carton Sealing Machines
- Stretch Wrapping Machines
- Shrink Wrapping Machines
- Packaging Automation Systems

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system faults.
- Attend customer breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Recommend spares and maintenance requirements to customers.




- Coordinate with the service team and sales team for customer support.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers.
- Travel across Karnataka and South India when required.

Required Skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, relays, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and machine manuals.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
