Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Client Relationship Executive to manage client communications, maintain strong business relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, resolving operational issues, coordinating with banking and business partners, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Handle client queries, complaints and service-related requests through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with banks, payment partners and internal departments for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending requests, transactions and operational concerns.
- Monitor client issues and ensure their resolution within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, complaints and follow-ups.
- Share regular updates with clients regarding service requests and operational matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic computer operations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional approach towards client handling.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with positive communication skills can also apply).
- Experience in customer support, client servicing, relationship management or operations will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from banking, financial services, payment services or customer service backgrounds are preferred.
