We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can read and analyze government and private tenders, understand BOQ, drawings and technical specifications, estimate material quantities, calculate project costs, prepare material lists and suggest cost-effective execution plans to maximize company profit.
Knowledge of Tender Analysis, BOQ, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
